Online Viewing Help

We are continuously working to improve our online viewing options and provide user-friendly online experiences. This page will always have the latest information and tips for troubleshooting common problems. Troubleshooting Tips

If you're experiencing technical difficulties, please try the suggestions below.

• Try refreshing your internet browser.
• Check your internet connection.
• Make sure that your volume is on, both on your device and on the video feed.
• Try logging on from a different internet browser or device.
• If your issue still isn't resolved, please email tech@spalutheran.org (email not monitored during worship) or send a private message to the church Facebook page. We want to know when there's an issue so that we can help you and fix things on our end, if need be.

Live events

We stream live events on our livestream web page and our Facebook page.  Join us for worship Sundays at 10 am and other special events.

You can turn closed captions on and off by clicking the settings gear or CC button in the bottom right corner of the video.
 

Prior Events

Prior events are available on our YouTube channel for viewing. There is usually a 1-day delay before they are available.  They also available immediately on our Facebook page.

Online Classes and Meetings

We use Google Meet for online classes and meetings.

Each event will have a unique phone number and link to connect. You can join via phone or the internet. Information for adult classes is usually included with the online class information. For all other events contact the organizer or look in the Weekly Connect for connection information.
