Mission to Serve

St. Paul's Mission to Serve team is Gathered by God to Share the Love of Jesus with a goal of blessing ministries by physically serving alongside them - when possible - and by making financial contributions to chosen organizations. 100% of the Mission to Serve contributions are forwarded to the recipient organization.

Current Mission

Capital City Rescue Mission

Capital City Rescue Mission is a faith-based organization located in downtown Albany, New York. The Mission began 70 years ago when God called a group of men to provide "soup, soap, and salvation" to the homeless and hungry in downtown Albany. Over the years, CCRM has continued and expanded its efforts to feed both the body and the soul, giving hope and new life to individuals and families.

The mission offers chapel, clothing, food, shelter, and health services to clients. Recovery services include transitional living and learning center services to facilitate employment opportunities.  In the last few years, CCRM has raised funds to convert a 40,000 square foot warehouse  to house all New Faith program offices, plus 14 apartments for program participants as well as a large kitchen, craft room, lounge, laundromat, recreation area and a rooftop garden patio. The rough plumbing, electrical work, radiant heat, and new elevator shaft have all been completed this past year.
